2023 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

DOUBLE DAYS

Morning Practice: Arrive at 9:30am to warm up with Coach Emma.  Pool practice times are from 10-11:30am.

M/W/F Evening Practice:  Arrive at 6:10pm to warm up with Coach Emma.  Pool practice times are from 6:40-8pm.

T/Th Evening Practice:  If possible, arrive at 6:00pm to stretch/warm up with Coach Emma.  Pool practice times are from 6:30-8pm.

BEGINNING SEPT 4TH
M/W/F 6:15-6:30pm: stretching and warm-ups.  6:30-7:30pm pool time
T/Th 7:15-7:30pm: stretching and warm-ups.  7:30-8:30pm pool time, 8:30-9 shallow pool

Please wear team navy board shorts or navy blue shorts - meet in the grass by the tennis courts.  New team shirts will be handed out.
